Did you know our cooling packs are bio-degradable and non-toxic? That's good for you and good for the earth. But we wanted to do even better so we are announcing our New Cooling Pack Recycling Program. As our way of saying thank you for recycling old, used, and/or damaged cooling packs, ​​receive up to a $45 discount on the purchase of a new set of cooling packs. ​

Cooling Pack Recycling Program

Our goal since day one of ThermApparel has been to make it easier for people to keep their cool by having the freedom to live an active, fulfilling life with comfort and dignity. That goal doesn’t just end with your purchase. Send in your old worn-out, used, and/or damaged cooling packs and receive up to a $45 discount on the purchase of a new set of cooling packs.

How it works:

  1. Go to our shop page and sign up.
  2. We will email you a return shipping label
  3. Put the cooling packs in a sealable plastic bag (think Ziplock) then in a box, attach the return shipping label.
  4. Drop off the box at the post office, leave it by your mailbox for a pickup, or request a free pickup from the USPS. 
  5. Once we receive your packs, we will ship you a brand new set of replacement packs.

New Care and Storage Guidelines

We have an update to our care and storage guidelines of our cooling packs. Please store SlimCool and ExtendedCool Cooling Packs in their solid state, for best results. We continually field test our products and gather real-world user experiences and have determined that longevity and performance can be increased by;

  • Always store SlimCool and ExtendedCool Cooling Packs in their ​solid-state when not in use​​.
  • Store them in the fridge, freezer​​, ​or a room less than 70˚F/21˚C 
  • Storing the cooling packs in their melted state can reduce the lifespan of the cooling packs. 
  • Avoid leaving the cooling packs in a hot environment, such as a hot car.  
  • To wash cooling packs, use clean, warm, soapy water. Avoid the washer, dryer, ​or dishwasher, this will damage the cooling packs and void your warranty.  

These methods have shown to increase cooling pack effectiveness. Please read and review the entire updated  Care and Storage Guidelines.
