Why doesn't my UnderCool seem cold?

You might have the wrong size. Sometimes if the vest is too large, you won't get optimal cooling. If you think your vest is too large, give us a call so we can set up a free exchange (855-232-7233). 

Questions to ask yourself.

• Does the Vest Garment feel snug like it's hugging you?
• Do the Cooling Packs sit firmly on your lower back?
• Is there complete contact with no gaps between the Vest Garment and your back? The Cooling Packs need to make contact with your skin and not an undergarment for optimal cooling.
• One way to check is to sit down on the couch with your ThermApparel UnderCool Cooling Vest on. 
  • Is there a big difference in the cooling sensation? 
  • Can you feel more of the Cooling Packs on your back? 
  • If you answered yes, you most likely need a smaller size.
