ThermApparel Cooling Packs are all the same size and fit into all sizes of the ThermApparel Vest Garments.
Here are a few tips that can help get the packs into the vest:

  1.  Make sure the packs are solid/frozen.

  2. Lay the vest on a flat surface in front of you with the cooling packs above the pockets easily in reach.

  3. Lean over the vest and place your forearms on either side of one of the pockets.

  4. Using slight pressure with your forearms, pull the fabric in opposite directions. This will allow the pocket to be wider than the pack.

  5. While maintaining pressure and pulling the fabric in opposite directions, use your left fingers to pull open the pocket. Use your right fingers to slide the pack into the vest.

  6. Let go.

  7. Repeat the process with the other three pockets.

Hi! This is Julia from ThermApparel. We've been getting some questions about what's the best way to put the Cooling Packs into the vest so I'm here to show you how.

First, make sure you have your Cooling Packs and that they're completely solid. They're very difficult to insert if they are in their liquid state.

Next put your vest on a flat surface. Have your cooling pack close by.

Using your forearms, apply some pressure to spread the fabric apart. Then open the pockets and slide the pack right in. Then you can continue with the other 3 pockets.

People have asked "Why is it so difficult to insert the Cooling Packs?". 
You want the Cooling Packs to be snug in the vest. You don't want them to move around on you. To get the maximum cooling effect the snugger they are the better the cooling will be.
